Transitioning the fleet
We are piloting fully electric low emission
vehicles and prioritising efficient vehicles in a responsible way.
NSW, along with other states, is expanding public fast-charging, which improves the
viability of electric cars and vans for urban routes.
We have installed electric chargers at our warehouse depot where our electric vehicles charge overnight.
We’ll continue to pilot and add low emission vehicles where duty cycles and infrastructure make sense, and always without compromising or risking service reliability.

- Coordinating with you on recyclable and right-sized packaging.
- Grouping deliveries and returns into fewer trips, reducing kilometres per parcel.
- Supporting recycling and recovery schemes by returning approved materials on our normal runs (where agreed in advance).
- Providing clear delivery visibility via our tracking portal.
- Working with and supporting Spexcycle, Australia’s first closed loop eyewear recycling initiative by returning used frames to their Sydney plant.
